We are blessed to have incredible voices from across our C3 Church Global family joining us for the Gathering this year, including Pastors Phil & Chris Pringle (C3 Global Founders & Leaders), Pastors Sam & Jess Picken (C3 Toronto Lead Pastors, C3 Canada Regional Directors and part of the C3 Global Executive Team), and our hosts Pastors Lars & Megan Halvorsen (C3 Darwin Lead Pastors and C3 Australia Regional Directors).

NEW FOR 2026!
Fresh for 2026 are Masterclasses aimed at equipping leaders and developing connections amongst ministry areas across our churches. You’ll hear from seasoned leaders, gain practical insights, and leave with fresh inspiration and new friends as you connect with like-minded people serving around Australia.
Choose from one of the following:
YOUTH MINISTRY: For Youth leaders and teams passionate about discipling the next generation and raising leaders who will impact their schools and communities.
KIDS MINISTRY: For Kids leaders and teams passionate about discipling the next generation and ministering to kids in their local context and beyond.
CREATIVE MINISTRY: For worship, production and creative teams focused on ministering with creativity and anointing in all settings and developing the gifts in others.
SPIRITUAL GROWTH: For leaders and teams partnering with the Holy Spirit to help people grow and move forward through groups and pastoral care.
CHURCH GOVERNANCE: For board members and executive staff strengthening churches through effective and faith-filled governance and administration.
These sessions will be onsite at Newlife Church Robina on Tuesday 12th May from 10am-2pm with lunch included and a kids program available by registration. Register for your masterclass for $49 ASAP, as places are limited!
WE ARE C3 KIDS
We’ve got so much planned for our C3 Kids, with a great team preparing and praying for your kids!
PRESCHOOL: 2- 5 YEARS OLD
If your child is younger but is an independent and curious little one who is walking and toilet-trained, and you would like them to come along, please reach out to us!
PRIMARY SCHOOL: 5 - 12 YEARS OLD
For kids in Kindergarten/Prep to Grade 6
Food is provided for both the preschool and primary school programs, with snack boxes and a dinner box (we recommend eating lunch beforehand!)
BUBS
For parents with young bubs, we’ll have a quiet parents room, and a designated section of the auditorium

In the month leading up to the Gathering you'll get access to the Hub App which will keep you up to date with all the latest info. Watch this space!
WHEN DO REGISTRATIONS CLOSE?
Volunteer regos close early April and we expect to reach capacity for other registrations several weeks before the event. Jump in early so you don't miss out!
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
Weather on the Gold Coast in May is usually between 24° to 14° with the chance of rain. Come prepared for an air-conditioned auditorium and outside mingle and eating time.
WILL THERE BE TIME TO HANG OUT AND MEET PEOPLE?
Absolutely! We wrap up at 7 PM, giving you the chance to enjoy dinner with your friends and team. The Gold Coast boasts a dynamic atmosphere and a thriving food scene, so head out have a great evening with friends and new friends, and who knows, you might discover a new hotspot! You can also plan to meet others for brunch before the sessions.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME FOR ME TO FLY INTO COOLANGATTA AIRPORT?
The Gold Coast Airport is a great destination airport for you! We want to make sure you have the best travel experience, so we highly recommend planning for the following arrival times:
If attending Tuesday Masterclasses - arrive by late Monday afternoon.
If attending YA's night - arrive by 2pm Tuesday
If only attending main conference - arrive late Tuesday afternoon.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE AT REGIONAL GATHERING?
Yes! Our Conference Café will be open across conference with the coffee flowing and snacks available. We will also have a scrumptious afternoon tea and light meal snack box for you each afternoon, the cost of this is covered in your registration. We recommend eating brunch/lunch beforehand, and planning for dinner afterwards.
WILL DIETARY OPTIONS BE COVERED?
Yes! Please make sure you include any allergies and special dietary needs in the field provided during the registration process.
WHICH AREA OF THE GOLD COAST IS BEST FOR ME TO STAY IN?
The Gold Coast provides a plethora of fabulous accommodation options. Broadbeach is the closest coastal suburb for commuting to Newlife Church, our 2026 Regional Gathering venue. From here it is a 10 min drive.
WILL THERE BE A PARENTS LOUNGE AVAILABLE?
Yes, we have you covered! We will have both a Parents Lounge in the main auditorium as well as a quiet room outside of the main auditorium.
WHAT IS THE PLANNED SCHEDULE?
We'll start each day in prayer together, then be equipped and inspired with a great mix of teaching, worship and breakouts plus plenty of time to connect. Afternoon tea and a pre-dinner snack will be included, and evening sessions will finish with plenty of time left to go out for dinner with friends.
CAN MY BABY OR TODDLER ATTEND WE ARE C3 KIDS CONFERENCE?
The We Are C3 Kids program caters for Preschoolers aged 2-5 years (if your child is younger, and both walking and toilet-trained, please reach out to us). The Primary program caters for ages 5-12 years, or Kindergarten/Prep - Grade 6.
WILL I NEED TO RENT A CAR WHILE I AM ON THE GOLD COAST?
Yes, or plan to Uber Carpool! With the Gold Coast being such a vast area, we will not be running buses this year. We suggest checking out the Gold Coast Airport website where you will find comparative pricing across multiple car rental companies.

Thank you for registering to volunteer for 2 sessions across our Regional Gathering! Your team leader will be in touch with you closer to Regional Gathering to welcome you to team, let you know the area you have been rostered to serve in and your call time.
