Where is the Conference Venue?


Twin Towns Clubs & Resort is located on the Cnr Griffith & Wharf Sts, Tweed Heads, NSW 2485. The Showroom is located on level 5 of Twin Towns Resort. Free WIFI access is available at Twin Towns Resort.

Where can I park my car?

If you are staying at Reflections, please use their car park. If you are staying at Mantra Twin Towns or coming for just the day and/or night sessions, there are free undercover car parks available at the Mantra Twin Towns Resort. The car park entrance is located on Stuart Street. It opens at 6am and you can enter and exit without requiring a card.

How far is the airport?

Coolangatta international airport is only a short 7 minute drive from Twin Towns Resort. Brisbane airport is a 1 hour 15mins drive via Pacific Motorway from Twin Towns Resort.

Where can I eat?


Twin Towns Club has many restaurants onsite located on the lower level, Twin Towns Club. They have Flame Pizza, Carvery, Bistro and a Café and you can order until 9pm. There are also many local restaurants in easy walking distance. ‘The Strand’ is a newly developed complex offering shopping, dining and a cinema. It is in the heart of Coolangatta, 72-80 Marine Parade and open 9am-5.30pm. http://www.strandcoolangatta.com.au


Signatures Restaurant is located in the Mantra Twin Towns lobby and offers a full buffet breakfast from 6.30-10.30am daily.


If you are attending Pre-Conference Empowerment - A working lunch will be provided at 12:00-1:00pm for all attendees on Tuesday 6th September in the Milling Area, Level 3. If you are attending Conference - there will be 4 beautiful buffets set up for lunch which is provided in your registration cost. Lunch is at 12:00-1:15pm with buffets and seating located in the Stars Room, Level 5 and the Milling Area, River Room and Horizons Room on Level 3. If you have indicated special dietary requirements in your registration, please see Twin Towns staff at lunchtime. Children – will be provided morning & afternoon tea and a lunch box. A small supper will be provided during night sessions. Please make sure your child has dinner before coming to the night session

Pre-Conference Empowerment Session?

Registration includes dinner on Monday 5th September, 7pm and lunch on Tuesday. Sessions run 10am- 3pm on Tuesday 6th September. Cost: $109

Children’s Programs?

AMAZE Kids offer child minding for 9mths – 12 years with programmes specifically designed for the following age groups:

 9 months – 2 years

 3-5 years

 5-12 years

Registrations at conference are at the main registration desk located on Level 5, Twin Towns Resort open from 3pm-6pm, Tuesday 6 September. We accept cash, eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

Are you attending the night meeting only on Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday?

You will need to register your child at the conference main registration desk. Cost: $15 per child.

Once you have registered your child(ren), please sign in on arrival at the Visions Room.

Do I need to register for night sessions?

Night sessions are FREE for conference goers. If you are bringing your child(ren), they MUST be registered on the night at the registration desk. Cost is $15 per child per night session.

Is there a Parents Room?


Parents with babies can utilise the Parents Room located in the Bay Room, level 3. You can stay in touch with the conference session via the live conference feed. This is open during conference sessions and lunchtime.

Is there a Resource Expo?

Yes, located on Level 5, Twin Towns Resort and open during these times;

Tuesday: 4:00 – 6:00pm & 8:00 – 8:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30 – 9:30am , 12:00 – 1:15pm , 5:00 – 6:00pm & 8:00 – 8:30pm

Thursday: 8:30 – 9:30am , 12:00 -1:15pm , 5:00 – 6:00pm & 8:00 – 8:30pm


Offering cards will be provided in the sessions and an eftpos facility is available at registrations. We accept cash, eftpos, Visa, Mastercard & AMEX. This year we are introducing to our delegates Tithe.ly, a text to give option.

Lost Property?

Go to the Twin Towns Resort main reception to collect any lost property.

Do I need to wear my Lanyard?

The Twin Town Resort staff have requested that all registered delegates please wear/carry with them their Conference Lanyards at all times during conference. This will insure security measures are followed and the venue staff know who is attending conference. Delegates not wearing their lanyards may be refused access to the conference premises and it’s rooms.
