It is time to unearth the next harvest of church planters, location pastors, department heads and future senior ministers. Xpress is about getting these leaders ready to launch and take new ground.
Xpress is an intensive development program that takes place over a five day period. Participants stay onsite, and are immersed in training, teaching and shared experiences designed to challenge, stretch and inspire. The program will focus on key areas of church and leadership development such as how to grow a healthy church, think multisite and how to create atmosphere and great services. Delegates will also engage in workshops on strategic leadership, street to seat ministry, moving in the spirit, prophetic preaching and personal health.
